Digital Literacy — Free Computer Classes!
Free Digital Literacy classes are now available at the San Joaquin County EEDD WorkNet location. Participants can build computer skills, learn digital tools, and apply for jobs online.
Orientation is held Mondays at 2:30 PM, with classes Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2:30–4:30 PM.
Participants who complete the program may qualify for a free Chromebook or laptop while supplies last.

Standing Together Against All Regional Theft (STAART)

San Joaquin County Lift Initiative & Spark Utility Relief Grant Program
The LIFT Initiative supports small business recovery through direct financial assistance and business resources provided via the Go San Joaquin (GOSJ) platform.
Eligible small businesses impacted by COVID-19 may qualify for up to $5,000 in utility bill reimbursement through the Spark Relief Grant program. Funding is limited and businesses are encouraged to apply soon.
